The world-famous fashion store Zara introduced their June collection 2010. The campaign is all about the prairie look: loose tops, wide dresses and nude shades adorn this collection. Denim skirts and tunics are also in. The real prairie girls complete their outfit with a pair of clumps and a little scarf.

I still haven't decide: Deviantart or Flickr?
You must think ' what the hell does she worry about?'
I have to say that I think Deviantart is more for young people, like me, showing up their photographs and stuff. And I think Flickr has more adult users? Or am I wrong? The only thing I don't like is that in Deviantart photos are shown so small, or can you change that??

Today's issue: Flickr and Deviantart

I've been thinking about starting a Flickr or Deviantart page to display my photographs and to get feedback, and these two communities are the most popular ones as far as I know.
I want to show my photos to other people and I also want to be inspirated by other users. I don't know which one is the best for me. In my personal opinion, the quality of photos on Flickr is a lot better than Deviantart, and photos are shown in very small size on Deviantart, I think. On the other hand, I've read that you get more feedback on Deviantart...
I do not say that Deviantart is bad nor good, but I still don't know which one to take.

Have you got Deviantart or Flickr? If so, what are the pro's and contra's?
I would appreciate your opinions!

At least I want to say thank you to all of you, for following my blog over the past few months. I've got over 30 followers now and I'm really thankfull for that!

puppy love

Hi guys!
I'm so happy the last few days, becauseeeee... we've got a puppy!
There was a woman passing by who cares for abandonated dogs, with the intention to give them a new, better home. She's now carrying 18 dogs, all left on the street or poisoned and dropped anywhere. So, she passed by and asked my parents if we weren't interested in a dog, and we were. We have thought about it for a long time, so we would definately take another dog. Later, she brought a dog which my parents liked on the pictures (she had some photos to show us) and we could try if there wouldn't any problem with our other dog, because he is a little agressive to other dogs (to other people he isn't ;) ) and so we did. In the beginning a little bit difficult but soon we saw it wouldn't be a problem anymore, and we took the puppy :D
He is sooooo lovely!

summer wishlist

Summerfeelings all over the place! Although, it doesn't make me as happy as I wished. I don't know why, but I really don't feel like I'm on holidays (well, I'm not on holidays, but school's out, so...). Maybe because I'm living in a country where the weather is beautiful most of the time. I'm sure my summerfeelings will come when I'll arrive in Ghent haha. I know, Belgium is such a rainy country, however the weather is pretty good there now! I'm going to my hometown for 2 weeks and I'm looking forward to it! There are only 10 days left and I'll be gone (:
I already know it will be a great time spending with my friends and -of course- a lot of shopping! It's been months since I've bought some new clothes, such a shame xD

I made a little summer wishlist from the H&M store, which is one of my favourites. I also love Zara and Bershka, which are a lot cheaper in Spain, because they are Spanish brands -also Mango- maybe the only thing I like about living here ;p

Aaaand, I decided to keep on blogging (:
Meanwhile I also made a brand new header, which looks a bit too small, now I can see it here^
I'm not totally happy with it. What do yóu think about it?

And one last question: Did you ever purchase from an online clothing shop (like asos.com or any other shop)? I was wondering how you experienced this because I'm always like looking on those sites without the intention to buy anything, buuut...

Hi guys! I have to say that I'm a bit bored with blogging and ehm, I was thinking to stop for a while, but I haven't decided yet. So, if you readers like my blog comment me and maybe that will make a difference ;)
I don't know, my inspiration is totally gone and, I often got other things to do.
But today I'll write you a little piece about Max Factor.

So, I saw the advertisement in a flyer of Kruidvat, a drugstore you can find in Belgium, and it said: Max Factor mascaras --> 1+1 for free! I was just looking for a new mascara, as mine isn't that good (cheap label) and dried out a bit. After days of reading reviews, watching mascara review/results on youtube and a lot of thinking (yes, I know it's kinda silly what I'm doing xD) I concluded there were 3 mascaras that got good reviews. There were 2 Max Factor's and 1 Maybelline, but I definately wasn't sure about which one I would buy. As I saw the advertisement, I thought: ''why not?'' and asked my best friend, who lives in Belgium though, to get the Max Factor False Lash Effect and the Masterpiece. In case there wouldn't be any Masterpiece left, I suggested her 2 other mascaras she could get. Normally, the FLE costs about 16 or 17 euros, what's quite expensive in my opinion, but this one got such good reviews that I really want to try it! Let's hope they'll work (:

Hello there (;

It's been a week and a few days since we moved in, and I thought it would be nice to post some photos of our new house. We're now living in Camarles, a tiny village just next to L'Ampolla, where we've lived for 9 months, while I was blogging. The house is situated on the countryside, at about 7 kilometers from the main road. To get here, you have to pass a lot of small tracks, driving next to hundreds of olive trees, fincas and beautiful nature.
Our swimming pool is of 12 meter length and I've already swom a lot!
Sometimes life can be sooooo lovely....

Hi guys!

Today the weather was very good, like it is most of the days. I went in our swimming pool for the first time but it was still a bit cold. 23 degrees is not very pleasant to swim in but... okay. I think 25 degrees would be perfect! And I want to swim every day at least a few lengths because it's good for my physical condition.

Imagine you had one like this!

The clock is ticking and we're almost moving to our new house! I still haven't packed those boxes with my stuff, I'm a bit lazy at the weekends and in the week I haven't got any time normally.
I made a little list of things I need for my new room, such as a big standing lamp, a desk or just a table perhaps, and some decoration, but not too much. I can always make some by myself (like you know I'm fond of DIY crafties so...)!
Maybe I'll post some more this week, but I can't promise anything.

It's Wednesday again; that means just two days of school left this week ;)
I discovered something really cool this weekend. It's a programme that converts you pictures -whatever you want- into a real, oldfashioned polaroid! It's so amazing, really! When you open the program, there appears a polaroid machine on your desktop; you have to drag your photo to the machine and you will hear a clicking sound. There is you polaroid photo, appearing on your desktop too, but still in a brown colour, like in a dark room! Little by little your photo will appear in it's full colours, but you have to wait for a while. Then it will automatically be saved to your computer. You can download the free software here.

Hi guys!
Ah, what a boring day. I can't say I like school but I can't say I dislike it neither. I feel a bit, you know, put on a 'waiting list'. Our cours is almost finished -well, end of June, but that's not so long isn't it- and after summer I'll get started with Batxillerat (5th and 6th year of secondary school) and I'm quite interested in how it would be. But people have to wait, and so do I.

This afternoon we went to Tarragona, quite a big city at about 60 kilometers from our village, to go shopping for my brother and my father. I bought a sporty pair of 3/4 trousers in black, and -guess what- a hoola-hoop! When I saw it in the shop I remembered that good old times when I was young, and hoola-hooping all the time. Why not pick it up again? It's fun, you know ;)
I also found a cool pair of shoes, similar to Victoria's, do you know them? I already have a pair of real Victoria's, in green. But these were 'fake' if I may say that, but what's wrong with that xD
Tomorrow I'll post a picture of them, because I haven't had any time tonight.

Tomorrow, 10 May, it's Mother's Day. I wanted to be creative for one time and decided to make something by my own. Card, flower, paint, heart,... that's it! So the idea was born to make a card with a dried flower out of our garden, decorated with paper hearts. I took a few pictures while I was working on it:

I also added 2 paper 'parasol' (sunshades) which I'm going to put in her hot chocolate cup tomorrow morning. The final result (card+parasol) will be posted tomorrow, I promise ;)

I'm getting in the right direction I think, because it's only two days ago that I wrote on my blog; and here I am again! :D

At Gym, we started with ballroom dance lessons today! How cool :)
Me and my partner (we had to pick out someone to dance with) are doing quite good and it can only get better. It was our first lesson, so we only learnt some basic steps of the Chachacha.
- One, step, chachacha, two step chachacha, three step, four step, five, and tuuuuurn -
(you remember this from the movie Hairspray? :p)

Even my biggest excuses would be unbelievable. My inspiration is just totally gone this week. Nothing special happened, or do I just live in a boring world? I don't know, but today it's time for a new piece of blogart.

I've got a day off today, and tomorrow I also don't have to go to school because it's the 1st of May. Actually, I have a big test for Latin and Maths, what I schould learn today, but I'm just sick of the idea of learning these days. Not that I had much to learn the past few weeks, but I don't like it. Who does xD?
Anyway, I'm getting stressed because I know I have to learn, and I'm not doing it at all. Help!

Sant Jordi

Today, 23 April, it's Sant Jordi. This day is celebrated because Sant Jordi is the patron of Catalonia. At school they organized a lot of activities we could participate in, like karaoke in English, mosaic, composing their own piece of music, sports activities, dishes of the world, etc.
I joined the 'dishes of the world' activity; we had to prepare a dish that is typical for our country, and because I'm from Belgium, I made Belgian chocolate mousse (:
My brother also participated and he made waffles for today. During the break, everyone of our school could taste our dishes, we had more than 20 in total! So, when the bell rang, it was time to attack :p
Surprisingly, the waffles and the chocolate mouse were dissapeared in less than 5 minutes!
People loved it and that was so nice to hear :)
After the break, when al the food was -more or less- eaten, it was time for a 2-hour event. Pupils of the 3rd year prepared a play, after that pupils of the 4th year (me too) played a few songs on the flute (we've been practising for months!) and some other cool things to fill our afternoon with. For me, it was a nice day! Hope you had a nice day too?

With Easter we went to my grandparents for dinner and I took some pictures with the absolutely amazing Nikon camera of my uncle! O my gosh, I really want to have such a good thing, you can make the most beautiful photos with it. But, I've got my Sony camera since October, so I can't afford to buy a new one now. My uncle advised me to wait two or three years, because the SLR technology is still developing, and they will get much better. Maybe he's right... Anyway, I'll wait a few years before buying one ;)

It's like it's been a 100 years without writing anything on my blog! I have been to Rome, as you could read in my last post, and when I came back I immediately had to leave again, because me and my family were going to Belgium for the whole week. I've been back in Spain since last night and today I had to go to school again! Buuuut, it's time to entertain you.

My trip to Rome; I had a nice time, not too fantastic, but not that bad. The bad thing about schooltrips is that you have to visit loads of famous buildings and all that stuff while you want to spend your time doing funnier things, like shopping. But every day our teachers gave us like 6 hours or more of FREEDOM, so time to shop till you drop and some sightseeing. I bought an 'I <3 Roma' sweater by the way ;)

Some of you were waiting for my blog to read and I hope they were not expecting to much? Because My inspiration is already gone, you know...
Ehm, oh yeah; That week in Belgium was amaaaaazing! I spend most of my days being with my best friend, Lola and we had a lot of fun together. I also planned a few hours to meet my friends from my old school and we went for a little walk and talked about what happened the last few months. I really want to go back to Belgium in summer holidays, so I'm thinking of going by plane for a 2-week trip to Ghent, my hometown. I don't even have to pay it my own, my parents are so kind to pay it for me.
If I'm not going in July, it would take a long time without seeing anyone of my family or friends, except if they would come here. But it will be so much easier when we have our own house; now we're still stuck in this little house we're renting. But not for too long! Normally, we're moving the first week of June!
Do I really sound that happy? Well, I'm not... I want to go back to everyone I know, and I don't want to be here feeling lonely and unhappy. I often think: 'Why can't I turn back time, and act like there didn't happen anything in my life. Life would be so much easier and funnier, life would be normal! What the hell am I dóing here?'

Hi guys; it's been a while, I know! I was quite busy with school and I often forgot to write on my blog. I've been working on a new header, so there he is (: What do you think? My mother wants me to make a birthday card for my grandmother, who celebrates her 70-i-don't-know-how-many years on March 24(or was it 25?). Doesn't matter, I have to create something. I was thinking of making a card like this: putting a photo of me, my brother and my parents on it, but the problem is I don't have a photo like that. So another option is a photo of some great flowers, because she loves that. And of course some retouching with Photoshop, so that the colours will look a bit more beautiful. Actually, I really don't know how to make it something original and fun! If anyone can help me, you're free to write a comment! Thanks a lot.

Just found some new crafts while surfing the internet this afternoon. Since the beginning of my craft-making-addiction, I've been adding a little more than 100 (!) how-to's and crafty ideas to my Bookmarks. And I have to admit, it drives me crazy every time I see them. The idea that pops into my head, that I won't be able to make them all, or that I won't find the time...it's just too overwhelming. But I can't stop my love for crafts anyhow! I just keep adding them to the list. My intention was to start as soon as possible, but I haven't got the materials yet. I knoooow, how many times did I tell you thát, you probably think: 'Why don't you just get them and stop talking about it!'. But it isn't that simple when you live in a tiny village like this. I know a very good shop where they sell all kinds of craftmaking supplies like paper, cardboard, scrapbooking things, felt, stuff for making jewelry and so on. I'm sure I'll find there all I need, I suppose. I'm going to that shop in April, so I can't start crafting before I'm back in Spain.

You can read/hear/see it everywhere: we want spring!
In many countries, winter doesn't seem to have finished yet; the other more sunny ones are luckier. Here in Spain for example. Where I'm living, in the north-east of Spain, spring is already in the air. Actually, there wasn't that much to see of the winter. Maybe a few cold days but not many. We hadn't had snow or much rain and this gives you quite a spring feeling, isn't it? At least it makes you feel less depressive (if I can use that word) then in winter! It's time to think about the spring/summer collections that are already in the shops, waiting for us, haha. I'll definately buy some new tops, shirts and skirts when I'm going to Belgium in Easter holidays. Oh, I saw a lot of cool Easter crafts to make on Martha Stewart's site. You really have to take a look at her site, she has great ideas for making all kinds of crafts, inspiration and organizing for home and garden, loads of recipes [cakes & cookies highly recommended!], interesting stuff for all holiday occasions and even a Pets part. Add this one to your favourites!

Yesterday, the 1st of March, it was carnival in Camarles. My parents wanted to see at least something of it, so they called their Dutch friends to meet in the village. To Spanish customs, everything gets a large delay, and so was it with carnival. We saw in a local magazine that the parade started at 3 o'clock; on a poster in the village was written 4 o'clock and on the internet they put 5 o'clock. What an organization. So we didn't know what hour was the right one and we met in the village at 4 o'clock. Unfortunately the parade started at 5.30 pm and there wasn't much to see. Well, we didn't expect that much of this little village but just a líttle bit more ;p A few children were dressed as ghosts and cowboys and there came on just one carnivals car. After the 'parade' we went along to our Dutch friends's house for a coffee and we returned home at 6.30 pm. It seemed like my parents had forgotten that I still had to learn for my math exam! As I arrived home, I immediately installed myself at my desk and started studying again. My exam went good, very good I think. Last night my mum cooked fideua, a typical dish of this region. It's like vermicelli pastas with shrimps, shells and other sorts of seafood. I don't like it that much, so my mum put a 'ready-to-put-in-the-oven'-maccaroni on table (:

To go on about my last post on Tuesday, Flickr and its countless photographers are still inspiring me. I coincidentally arrived at Yvette's photographs. She makes photos of the smallest things, especially in her own room, and most of them have got a vintage effect, which I really like. Sometimes she also puts a quote under her photos. I may say this is exactely the kind of photography I love, so I wanted to share my adoration with you. Thanks to Yvette for making so beautiful pictures!

I thought I could lie in my bed for the whole day, because I don't have to go to school today, but unfortunately my parents woke me up at 10.20h. With their stupid morning rule: if you don't get up in 1 minute, no computer for the whole day. But I have to admit, everytime I hear thát, I immediately get out of bed. On my father's suggestion, we went to a tiny village called Xerta, near the mountains and with stunning views! What seemed to be a uninteresting day, really became fun! Last week at school, we saw the movie about Amélie Poulain.
I suppose you all know this one; I had seen a part of it before, a few years ago, but I never finished it, so now we're watching the movie in class. I always found it such a cool movie because Amélie is a bit weird but special, and I love her acting. The movie has a vintage background, which I really adore. I guess I'm going to watch it again at home, because I can't wait any longer (:

crafties part #2

I'm so excited! I discovered another part of making crafties. The more useful ones, the bigger ones.
I found some (actually a lot) cool tutorials and how-to's for making purses, little cosmetic and ipod baggies, etc.
They are all so nice, I want to make them immediately! But, still my problem, I can't sew yet xD
I'm going to ask my grandma to teach me because she is very good in it. Hopefully she will find the time to teach me some basics, and the rest will come later I suppose.
I feel like I'm totally obsessed with DIY crafties and all that stuff. My best friend and I are going to make our own wallet out of vintage fabric, or that's our intention. She has got a sewing machine at home, and I don't [yet] so we can try and find out what's possible. I already have a few usable tutorials that we can use, we only have to pick out the best one and get started.

Me, my brother and my mum went to the village today to make some pictures of the sea, the mountains ánd almondtrees (which we didn't find by the way). When we're going to school we always see so many almondtrees and I thought, we could go and take pictures of it, because it's sooo beautiful. But we went in another direction; my mum thought there would be more almondtrees there, but unfortunately she was wrong. We saw a few trees standing lonely between loads of olivetrees, but I wanted to picture a field full of it!
I've made some other very nice photographs but the batery of my camera is too low to upload them now.

I just read on the internet that Miss Sporty released their new nail polish collection, named Nail Expert Manicure. At school, we did some research and talked about what we want to be later; about our jobs.
So this week I've been thinking so much about what I want to do in the future, but it's so difficult to decide when you're only 15. Some ideas I had:
something in connection with

-(fashion)photography
-fashion designer
-stylist
- interior architect

So, you can say that all of these are creative thoughts. That's what I really like, to make my own things and so on. Although I haven't practised so much with these kind of things, I think I will like it.
But what I also think, is that I have to do something with my languages at first, because I'm good in it and I also like it, and the creative part would become more like a hobby. That would be the best solution, I guess? Well, I still have got so many time to think about it! So I don't worry too much.
I would like to know what kind of studies you guys do! So please comment me;

It's Friday again! I haven't made any plan for this weekend yet, except studying my English dialogue for Monday. We went to a very good restaurant this afternoon where I have eaten ''ecological rice'', a rice dish with grilled vegetables. [oh no, I haven't taken a picture of it ;O]

My crafties obsession is less than before; I was so excited to make all those cute things! But I know it will take a while before I can start, because I'm waiting for the right moment and the right place.
At the moment, I'm not really into it, and I still haven't got the material.

Oh, tomorrow we're going to Tarragona for some sightseeing and shopping of course!

Hii guys!
I was looking around again on the Topshop site and I discovered some new cool things.
It's like they update their collection every week xD
I've also seen on the site that there's a Topshop in Barcelona, I didn't know that ö
So when I'm going sometime, I'll definately visit it!

I also made pictures of a supercute cat that comes over every week. My mum and I (animal lovers as we are) give her some food when she comes and she's really cute! She's always meowing but we know she's happy, so it's not because she's sad or something.

Oh yeah, when I've got all the material for making the felt toast, strawberries and the other fabric thingies I showed you before, I'll start knitting and of course I'll post some photos of the results!(if they are representable xD) But it can take a while before I start making those things.

I'm sitting in my pyjamas since I woke up, and I'm going to stay in this comfy outfit for the whole day I guess. I did some research again for Do It Yourself things, cute little thingies to make, room decorating etc. but I didn't find anything interesting anymore ;( If somebody knows some cute thingies to make or a site where I can find those kind of things, please comment me. I havent' had lunch yet, so after finishing this, I'm going to eat some bread with Nutella :D I currently haven't made pictures of my new dress, because I'm not in the mood actually. You can expect them Tuesday at the earliest. Some days, like today, I really want to go back to Belgium, to my friends, to my city. It feels like I don't belong here. I'm living here now for 5 months but I'm still not totally used to all this. The cloud picture is selfmade

I almost forgot to post something today! How could I, there's a lot I have to tell you.
First of all, we had breakfast in a little bakery in Amposta this morning. I ate a chocolate croissant and took a freshly squeezed orange juice to drink (which was a bit too large in size, actually). I immediately wanted to take a picture of my breakfast, that's probably why the woman of the bakery looked a bit weird at me. What's wrong with taking pictures in a bakery, restaurant or tea-room? If I wouldn't have taken a picture, I wouldn't be able to show you what I've eaten, so...
My mum prefered someting with pudding inside -which really didn't look tastefull by the way-, dad wanted to try something new, a huge brioche -or I don't know what- with sugar on top and my brother, who was in a bad mood -again- wanted to go for something 'safer', so he took a normal croissant and an orange juice too. I don't know why, but when we're going somewhere, my family is constantly discussing about several things that I can't even remember.[click for details]
After leaving the bakery, we went for a little walk in the town, searching for sport shoes for my brother and we also discovered a little shop, called Actual, where I bought a dress (I'm going to upload a picture of it tomorrow, maybe, or next week).
We were also desperately seeking for grey shoepollish, but we couldn't find it anywhere.

Today I was searching for 'do-it-yourself' ideas, because I want to make some decoration and cute things by myself. Here are some things I liked:If someone likes to know how to make the strawberries and the toast, just ask me and I'll give you the tutorial. (I'm sorry but I didn't find any tutorial for the other little breakfast thingies, but you can work at the same manner as with the strawberries).

J'adore Dior is too famous to talk about again, so I'm not going to fill my blog post with that.

Today school ended, like all Fridays, at 2 'o clock am. So I'm home for a while. So far so good, but I'm a little bit bored yet. And I feel tired. And I don't know what to write today. Even yesterday I didn't post anything. No inspiration. I hope it will return, because otherwhise my blog won't be very interesting anymore. But don't worry, and keep reading my blog! You visitors keep this blog alive!! I want to thank you all for your sweet comments and for those who haven't post any comment yet, be sure I will comment you back [we secretly all l-o-v-e that].
There is also nothing to say or to show about my latest purchases, because there aren't any xD.
I really want to go to Barcelona, and quickly! It's just 2 hours from here, so I would be there pretty fast. I want my best friend to be here, so we could go to Barcelona or somewhere else, but all of my good friends are living in Belgium, what's normal, and I'm living here in Spain. So I sometimes feel like I'm alone here, but I know they are all there for me when I need them. Maybe we're going to Belgium in April, when it's holiday, but for me just one week and in Belgium they have 2 weeks; it's so unfair.
It all depends of if we have bought a house yet, then we probably have to go to Belgium, to arrange everything and to pick up some things, etc.
And if not, I would really like a friend to come, maybe my best friend will, if she isn't on holiday, or my niece, Eline. I'm hoping for that ;D

Ok, Tomorrow morning we will probably have breakfast in a little bakery in Amposta so I have to get a little earlier than I'm used to on Saturdays :(
And as I am tired for the whole week, I probably have to go to sleep early this evening, and this time I really have to.

It's quite amazing to know that the sun is shining here in Catalonia almost every day (even now, in winter), while the weather in Belgium isn't so great. I suppose it's raining or even snowing there at the moment. On request, I'm posting some pictures of my vintage boots I bought in Antwerp this year (oh, actually last year, it was in December so..)

I picked up my Photoshop passion again! I mainly use this program to give my photos that special effect, what I do by changing the colours etc. Yesterday I did this picture:

I had my French exam yesterday and we started playing badminton in gym classes. I like badminton, I suppose because I'm pretty good at it. Although, better than soccer and all that stuff. I was thinking of going outside today, and take photos in my street or a bit further.
I'm not sure if I'm really going to that, but it's my intention. The sun is shining, nice blue sky and palmtrees to picture. Sounds good. I don't have much more to say, so I'll leave here.

Like you guys know, I really enjoy your blogs, especially if they're about fashion-vintage fashion-
Me and my best friend went to Antwerp in December for a shopping-day. The day before, we looked up all the secondhand-and vintageshops we could find there on the internet and wrote the adresses on a piece of paper, so we made all our plans. In the Nationalestraat, you can find the most vintage stores and I liked 'Sussie's Stocksale' and 'Jutka & Riska' the most. We looked around but didn't exactely find what we were looking for. Another lovely vintage shop is called 'Episode'. I'm so in love with that shop! You can find all kinds of vintage stuff. From cute granny dresses [of course they won't look like your granny wore them] to belts and loads of retro-looking boots. There's where I also bought mine. Grey boots that fit perfectly on my skinny jeans, tights and skirts. I'm sure you now know good enough how much I like vintage, isn't it?
Good. Yesterday I had this idea to put some objects together and create a 'strange' composition to make the picture look cool. Here's the result [it isn't as special as I wanted] :

lazy Sunday

I was a bit bored yesterday evening so that I made a few pictures. Lazy Sunday Outfit pictures. They seemed quite OK, but when I saw them on my computer this afternoon, they weren't so stunning as before xD. Conclusion: not presentable. Even the quality is bad, because the ceiling lamp in my room doesn't give a pretty effect on my photos, when I make them in the evening. Pictures look better at daytime. I also put on some thights that I found in our old house, they were from my mum and about 20 years old. Nice and vintage, I think :) Loads of black one's, but I'm in love with the red one. He fits well and looks great with my little jean skirt. Although, my jean skirt has to be replaced too, like all my clothes. I still haven't got the time to go shopping, and I really have to.

This morning my mother told me that I wasn't allowed to go on the computer for the whole day.
Ohmygod, that was going to be difficult. The reason was that I never help her in the household, like doing the dishes, cleaning the dining table, sweeping my room and so on. I know I never do that much to help her, but she claims that I do really nothing. And she's so wrong in that. So, as I had nothing usefull to do this day, I started doing the dishes in the kitchen, I sweeped my room (that was actually quite necessary) and I did a bit of ironing. I know she was still angry on me, but I asked her if I still couldn't go on the computer for a while, I wanted to update my weblog you know ;p
'No', was her answer, quite clear I thought. After a while (2 hours ago exactely) I asked her again and this time it was a clear 'Yes'. Yessss, okay task done. I'm sitting behind my laptop now for half an hour. This whole story seems like I'm a total computerfreak, but I'm not. I just have the feeling that my day isn't complete without some time spending on my laptop. So, I'm happy now. I also wanted to upload the photos I made yesterday, like I told you before^.

weekend feelings

2 days of being free from school and all the stress. Well, if you don't have to learn anything for school. For Monday there's nothing planned and Tuesday I've got a test for French. I'm good at it, so it won't be difficult. I'm busy this week searching for images of 'bedroom design', like pictures of bedrooms that are decored beautifully and so on. I like looking at them but I also need them as a form of inspiration, when we will move to our new house (it won't take a long anymore) and I will get a new room. So, my new bedroom has to look pretty. That's why I'm looking for inspirational pic's and I enjoy it :)

Yesterday I didn't post anything because I was home at 9 pm, later than expected (I wrote that I was going to be home at 8.30 pm). The excursion to Barcelona wasn't bad at all. It was fun, really. After a 2-hour trip in the bus, we arrived at TV3. When we entered the building, we had to pass our bagage to be sure there was nothing 'dangerous' in it. Of course there wasn't, I'm a good girl hea. We didn't even get a little tour in the building, that was what I expected we were going to do there, but we had to go immediately to the studios. The programme we were going to attend was 'Club', a mix of talkshow-short pieces of local news-a special guest-some cooking-etc.
One episode is of 2 hours' duration and that's quite long, as you have to sit there quietly, in total silence. But we all went on TV, so everybody's happy :)
It was 'live', so my mum and dad recorded the episode for me. Actually, I hate seeing myself on TV or anywhere else in public, and they know that. I suppose they were having fun looking at their daughter themselves.
Because of all this, I'm very tired today. I wasn't able to functionate well at school.

I was searching for 'vintage art' at google when I found these cute images. Vintage is a term that I'm using very often, although there' s not that much 'vintage' in my own style. Nowadays, I like to combinate it with my other clothes, that aren't vintage at all, but good enough to create an abfab outfit. I should take some days off to create, combinate and customize all I ever wanted. Because I always forget, or I don't find the time to do it. Tomorrow I'm going to Barcelona with school to visit TV3, the Catalonian television channel. We have the authorisation to look backstage and stuff. I'm not really looking forward to it. It's about 2 hours to go with the schoolbus, 2 hours to go back and that's the hardest part I think. I don't like long bus trips at all. I'll be back home at 8.30 pm :( We'll see how it goes.

Creepy weblog. Some of my pictures are dissapearing; I don't know why.
I tried to upload them again but it doesn't work. So it's possible that you guys don't see a part of my photos, that's a pity.
Today I'm not going to upload some more photos, to prevent them from dissapearing once more.
It's like half a hurricane here in the North of Spain. I guess the palmtrees in our garden won't survive it any longer. The sunshine tries to break trough sometimes and the weather isn't bad at all.
Tonight we have some visitors, like I already told you yesterday and I guess I have to entertain those kids. I haven't got any idea how to do that, actually. But I have still a few hours to think about it. I still haven't taken outfit-pictures.

Oh, the oven says my lasagna is ready!

edit: my pictures are back! I've made a few outfit-pics this afternoon, but I'm not so proud of it. Maybe I'll upload them someday, but not today. I'll leave you with a photo I made in Paris last year.
(oh yeah, the half a hurricane is becoming a real hurricane, as I can see. Ehm, let's hope we'll survive :)

A Wardrobe Full Of Hairdressers

Me and my wardrobe are in need of some new stuff! And this time it's not only because I want to buy new clothes,no. I really have grown out of my trousers, cardigans and t-shirts. Even my underwear is getting too small. God, how could this ever happen to me. I really haven't thought of the idea that all my clothes are too small when I was picking something out of my wardrobe. You can all say: 'Go and buy some new things', but it isn't that easy if you're living in a creepy little town named L'Ampolla (ever heard about that? Don't think so hea) and for a day of lovely shopping, this isn't the right place. Except some butchers, bakeries and supermarkets you can't spend your day shopping here. Sooo, the only solution is going to a bigger town. Tarragona or Reus are two possibilities, although I have visited Reus a few weeks ago and I didn't find what I was looking for. I've been to Tarragona only once, so maybe I'll go again for some sightseeing, that's all. Why? The number of shops there is also kinda poor.
Barcelona, that's a place where you can do what your heart belongs. For its shops only you will need 3 days, a little bit of wandering dawn the beautiful streets another few days...actually you are spending a whole week there. Why can't I just be there at this moment?! I'm sooo excited to go to Barcelona again. Already visited it 2 times but still not enough I guess.

I've been thinking of changing my hairstyle once more :)
I don't like it anymore and all days are badhairdays. Actually, it's more a badhairmonth-year-century...
Ehm, anyway, there has to be done something about it. Turning back to my former hairdo was my first thought. I'm still considering about it, although my mum keeps saying that it does my face look thicker and blahblah...
Dad asked me if I want to cut his hair tonight. He makes me feel like I'm a professional hairdresser with those questions, but I'm sure I'm not. It seems that he likes the way I cut it, it's the 3rd time he askes me. So, he might be happy with the result. Tonight I haven't got enough time anymore, so it'll be for tomorrow. I would like to post some pictures of my outfits, but I haven't made any yet.

Emma and the deer

Since I've started blogging, I always forgot to write down some things. So I have to remember those things for the next day.
As a Christmas/New Year's present I received a cute little deer (not a real one of course) from my best friend Lola. It is supposed to hang in a Christmas tree, but because we don't have one at home this year, I decided to put him at my wardrobe's door.

The book I'm reading for school, titled 'Emma', makes me feel like I'm living in the 13th century or something. It's sooo boring. I picked out that one because I was immediately fascinated by its cover [It looks a little vintage, I think.]. But you can't always count on that. I never read a book by Jane Austen before, and it's not my intention to do that again in the future. The good news is that I only have a few pages to read.
And last but not least I wanted to show you my last purchase: a short black dress from Pull&Bear.

Sunny days in denim

I finally got my boots back, which I brought to the shoemaker last weekend. Actually it didn't take so long to get them back, but I already missed them. I thought of wearing my Victoria's today, so I did. I don't know if one of you has those shoes, but they really smell a bit weird. I put them outside for a few days and I have to admit that it got a little bit better, but not too much. In fact, nobody cares. So what am I complaining about?

Today it was sunny, about 15 degrees and I could see a bright blue sky. I tried to take some pictures of it but the views from my garden aren't that stunning. I should go to a better place if I really want to picture those surroundings. That's for next time.
Oh yeah, I'm pretty proud of my selfmade header.
I guess you have been waiting too long for my photographs!
